The Federation of Indian
Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) hosted its maiden B2B
event titled 'The Great Indian Travel Bazaar' at the B M Birla
Convention Centre, Jaipur during April 19-21, 2009. The event was
attended by over 100 international tour operators, 35 foreign
tourism boards, 500 key tourism product sellers from India,
including the state tourism boards, airlines, railways, spa and
hotels participated in the event.
School of Hospitality and Tourism Management partnered with FICCI to
provide voluntary support for organizing the event. The students
were appointed as the facilitators of their key event i.e. Business
to Business (B2B) meetings. Their working style and attitude was
highly appreciated by the organizers, delegates and participants. |
